Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:

Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund,
replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.

Refund Process: If your return request is accepted, we'll process the payment back to your original payment
method. For online payments, the refund may take 10-14 working days depending on your bank's service level
agreement.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: For COD payments, we'll refund the amount via your preferred method. You can
choose to receive it through Vodafone Cash, a bank transfer, or as a gift card that you can use again on our website.
